Chad Thompson has been onboard since 2012. He primarily works from our New London office and is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance. Chad is a New London native and a graduate of New London-Spicer High School, Willmar Community College with continuing education at Mankato State University. He specializes in home, auto, recreational vehicles, life, health and commercial insurance. In addition, he has several years’ experience in retail sales.
Chad took a break from Minnesota for over 15 years residing in Florida, Texas and Australia where he was a member of the Sea World Waterski and Stunt team. He was also a member of the Universal Studios Stunt Team in Japan and Singapore.
Chad is a lifetime member of the famous Little Crow Water Ski Team and Little Crow Country Club and enjoys hunting and fishing. Chad and his wife, Katia, live in New London with their beautiful daughter.
Peyton Aller, insurance specialist at Brekke Insurance Group carries his property, casualty, life, accident, and health license. Peyton has been an important part of our team since 2016. He specializes in Medicare Supplement, Group Benefits, Dental and Long-Term Care Insurance. He also assists with Home and Auto Insurance. You will often see his smiling face in ads, on billboards and during our weekly Medicare Marketing Workshops as part of the Medicare Duo.
Peyton has been a life-long member of the Litchfield community. When Peyton is not engrossed with insurance, he cherishes spending time with his significant other, Clarissa, and their young son, Camden. Time spent outdoors by fishing and taking his canine pal for walks are things he enjoys.

Brekke Insurance Group welcomes Eric Setrum to the team. Having strong roots in the Willmar area, Eric brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to serving the Kandiyohi County community that will now extend Meeker County community and beyond.
Eric's educational journey began in Willmar, adopting values that now define his approach to insurance. After owning and operating a local business for two decades, Eric transitioned to the insurance industry in 2013.
Beyond the office, Eric's passion for the great outdoors is evident in how he spends his free time. Whether he is casting a line in our nearby lakes, delving into the woods, exploring the golf course, or sharing his love for hockey through coaching, Eric's adventures resonate with many clients.
Eric is well versed in both the Medicare and the Property & Casualty world. His friendly smile can be seen at both our New London and Litchfield locations. Brekke Insurance Group is fortunate to have him as part of our trusted team.
Jaime has been the Office Manager since 2014. She oversees all office and administrative operations for our agents, as well assists our support team by helping with customer and carrier service within our agency when needed. In the past she managed and worked for financial institutions, which makes her a suitable fit to handle all our accounting business. Jaime also is our advertising and marketing director.
Having strong family ties to Paynesville, Jaime considers Litchfield her home, where breeding, raising, and training horses on their farm, Reflection Farm has been a lifelong business that she is grateful for. In addition to the many tasks involved with the business, life on the farm is to ensure the needs of the horses they care for are met, as well as the owner's. She doesn’t take her role of teaching students lightly, as it requires a great deal of patience, motivation and understanding. Jaime has had the honor of receiving numerous local, state, national and world championship titles.
Community association helps to stay connected to those around you. Jaime is involved in the Litchfield community through Brekke Insurance Group, where she partakes in Chamber of Commerce events. Other community involvement has been through Reflection Farm, participating in the Adopt-A-Highway program since 1993. Being active in both Cornerstone Church and Salem Historical Church is very rewarding for her.
Jaime also directs youth in different clubs and associations to develop their leadership skills to benefit them with their futures, including 4-H and FFA. Serving on different Board of Directors, Show Committees, Event Sponsorship Coordinator, Public Relations Chair and Marketing Chair have been a few roles she has had amongst the horse industry.
In Jaime’s limited free time, she enjoys witnessing God’s glorious sunrises and sunsets, graphic design, craft projects, photography, Ford trucks and outdoor activities, which include but are not limited to gardening, landscaping, fishing, and trail riding.
Gracie joined our team in the spring of 2024, just before graduating high school, and has been a dedicated part of our office ever since. As an assistant, she helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Gracie is passionate about the equine industry and runs a business dedicated to breeding, showing, and training show quality Miniature Horses.
In addition, she operates a graphic design business and enjoys photography and photo editing. Gracie enjoys balancing her work at the office with her passions outside of it, always looking for new ways to learn and grow in both the equine and creative industries.
Bode Brekke is a junior at ACGC high school and started working at Brekke Insurance Group in the fall of 2024.
Bode is interested in a business and management career while also learning the insurance industry.
He also owns a lawn and landscape business that he operates in the spring, summer, and fall months. Bode likes the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, golfing, and boating in his spare time.
